Transforming the body is equal parts solar and lunar magic. The MOONRx Method uses both the consistent light of the sun and the shifting light of the moon to design routines that are perfectly in sync with the current cosmic weather.

The astrological year is divided into 12 solar seasons. We typically call these the 12 signs. Each zodiac sign carries a unique athletic imprint. In the MOONRx Method, this imprint flavors each workout routine's structure, design and metabolic or body focus.

At the heart of The MOONRx Method are the 12 Zodiac Packs--a month's worth of routines for each sign of the year.

All 12 Zodiac Packs contain:

  • A video introduction to the sign from a physical and athletic perspective
  • A warm-up
  • A cool-down
  • 3 workout schedules based on the real-time cosmic weather (beginner, intermediate, advanced)
  • 8 routines meticulously designed to mirror the sign's athletic vibe:
    • 2 Lower body routines (1 for the waxing moon and 1 for the waning moon)
    • 2 Upper body routines (1 for the waxing moon and 1 for the waning moon)
    • 2 Full body routines (1 for the waxing moon and 1 for the waning moon)
    • Each routine comes with gym, home and beginner versions

In the Capricorn Zodiac Pack, our primary goal is to cultivate endurance. This is a Saturn-ruled sign endowed with the grit and commitment necessary to step, climb, or even crawl to the top of any challenge.

In the world of strength and conditioning, we can improve our Capricorn endurance by manipulating our repetitions, creating large amounts of repeated tension and by using time (Saturn's favorite tool) in challenging ways.

I'm a beginner. Is this workout program appropriate for me?
Yes! There's a beginner version available for each workout.
How long will I have access to these workouts?
If you purchase the Capricorn Zodiac Pack alone and not as part of a monthly membership, you'll have access to these workouts for one year. At that point, you'll be able to renew or cancel your access if you choose.

Do I need a gym membership?
Only if you want one! Each workout comes with a gym version or home version. Please see the detailed equipment list in the top menu.
What equipment will I need for the home workouts?
For the Capricorn program, you'll need an interval timer app, a pair of dumbbells and a kettlebell. Although it's not necessary, if you want to get the most out of the home programs, I suggest investing in several sets of dumbbells and multiple kettlebells so that you can wax and wane your weight with the moon. For reference, in this program, I cycle through pairs of 25, 12.5 and 5 pound dumbbells and a 45 or 25 pound kettlebell. Please see the detailed equipment list linked in the top menu.
What equipment will I need for the gym program?
You'll need an interval timer app and access to a barbell and plates, multiple dumbbells, multiple kettlebells and a plyo box or bench.
I'm newer to astrology. How do I know which workout to do on which day?
I've got you covered! If you're doing the Capricorn workouts during Capricorn season, I've made a daily schedule for beginner, intermediate and advanced movers. If you're doing the Capricorn workouts at any other time of year, I've put scheduling suggestions within the program.
I'm not a Capricorn. Should I do this program?
Absolutely! We have all 12 zodiac signs within us. To be a well-rounded athlete and to maintain a healthy, balanced body, we need to pay attention to each. Plus, The MOONRx Method's primary purpose is to align you with the current astrological season, not your sun sign.
Is The MOONRx Method only for women?
Absolutely not! The MOONRx Method is for people.

As you master Capricorn energy in your body via these routines, you're also creating a more mature relationship with endurance and commitment in all areas of your life. We’re not trying to get to the top the fastest. Our sole desire is to pace strategically. There’s a lot of work to do in these routines and I want you to figure out how to accomplish is sustainably.

If we learn to pace in our body, we learn to pace everywhere else.
