Aquarius Waning Lower (Beginner)
- Pair of dumbbells
3 sets, no break between movements, 60-90 seconds between sets:
- 6 Kettlebell squats with pulse
- 8 Kettlebell squats
- 10 Jump squat
- 12 Bodyweight squat
Set your interval timer to beep every minute on the minute for 12 minutes (12 x 1:00). Cycle through the following exercises.
- 10 Tempo dumbbell Romanian deadlifts (3 counts down, explode up) *finish up the minute with regular pace Romanian deadlifts.
- 8-12 Alternating 1-leg box squats
- 6 Kettlebell squat jumps *finish up the minute with a kettlebell wall sit (drop the weight if this becomes too hard!)
- 2 x (3) Plank jump burpees + 3 counts quick feet
