Workout breakdown

20-seconds each move, no break. 1-minute between rounds. 5 rounds

  • Thruster
  • Hang power clean and press
  • Sumo deadlift high pull
  • Plank get-ups
  • Burpee
  • Jump lunges


Your score is the lowest number of sumo deadlift high pulls you performed in one round. You’ll know you’ve progressed through the year as this lowest number increases. Higher scores are better. For example, let's say throughout the workout you did 10/8/8/9/6 sumo deadlift high pulls each round. Your score would be 6.
